How do I return or repair an item?

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the goods within 15 days of receipt for a refund (please note that the refund will exclude the shipping costs and taxes). Please be aware that all Janesko merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Janesko, and not any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website.You must email us or call us at 913-299-7779 in advance of your return to receive authorization from Janesko. Once you receive authorization, the returned item must arrive back in our studio within the 30 days of authorization. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination, so make sure you allow enough time. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the normal return process and then place a new order online or contact us at 913-299-7779.

REPAIR POLICY
All of our pieces are manufactured with care in the USA. Once in a while, due to manufacturer defect, a jump ring or a clasp may malfunction. We will be happy to repair this for you at no charge within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that all Janesko merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to Janesko, and not any retail stores. You must email us or call us at 913-299-7779 in advance of your return to receive authorization from Janesko. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination. If your broken item is broken and it has been over 30 days since you made the purchase, there will be a flat fee of $20 for repair and the cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to you. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our replacement policies.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS INCORRECT OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG PIECE?
Please call us immediately at 913-299-7779. Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is faulty or wrong, we will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery or ship you a new item.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 913-299-7779. If the order has already been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order.

*Please be aware that custom pieces or special orders cannot be returned. Acceptance of returns outside of the 15 days timeframe or repairs outside of 30 day timeframe will be at the discretion of Janesko.
